Territory Sales Manager – Montreal & Ottawa
Responsibilities
- Develop business partnerships with key accounts and coordinate sales and training within the territory.
- Drive sales for Continental Tire North America (CTNA) products and assist dealer sell‑out.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales calls, follow call plans, and document activities in Salesforce, ContiTrack2, and other tools.
- Plan and prioritize territory activities to meet corporate objectives and target account goals.
- Serve as account manager for target dealers, participate in product and training meetings, and identify opportunities for new product lines.
- Assist in developing product strategy and renewal/discontinuation decisions with key accounts.
- Monitor pricing and profitability, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Provide training to company and dealer personnel on products, selling techniques, and inventory management.
- Conduct market intelligence, analyze competitive pricing, promotions, and forecast demand.
- Support inventory and production planning to meet forecast objectives per key account.
- Resolve operational and administrative issues such as billing, shipping, claims, and inquiries.
- Prepare weekly itineraries, expense reports, and routine/special presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience, or 6 years of sales experience if no degree.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience, including use of sales tools.
- Knowledge of sales principles and marketing programs; ability to advise and consult on programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift truck tires and willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Additional desired experience in truck tire industry and outside sales.
Benefits & Compensation
The starting salary ranges from $75,000–$100,000, plus sales bonus, depending on experience level.
Legal Requirements
Authorization to work in Canada is required.
