Garden Centre Seasonal Lead Merchandiser Role

Join our Outdoor Garden Centre as a Seasonal Lead Merchandiser and elevate the garden shopping experience from April to June. Lead a team and engage customers through exceptional merchandising. In this position, you'll guide a team to uphold high standards in product presentation and effective inventory management. You'll train team members on essential techniques in plant care and engage with customers to resolve inquiries. Your role is crucial for ensuring that displays are both visually appealing and informative throughout the busy gardening season. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a seasonal team of merchandisers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ team leadership experience
• Previous merchandising experience, ideally in garden goods
