If you have prior experience in the automotive industry and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service department and organize workloads
- Create work orders and finalize customer invoices
- Order parts and manage returns as needed
- Professionally handle customer calls and inquiries
- Proficiently use Mitchell 1 automotive repair software
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years in automotive service advising and parts ordering
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Mitchell 1 software
- A valid G Class Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
