Artificial Intelligence Data Project Manager

Lead artificial intelligence and data projects at iA Financial Group in a hybrid environment, coordinating business and IT workstreams across teams.As Project Manager, Artificial Intelligence & Data, you will oversee complex strategic initiatives with significant organizational impact. The work combines traditional and agile methodologies, advanced analytics, and data management. You will coordinate parallel iterative deliveries while supporting multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects involving multiple teams and business and IT workstreamsEstablish governance, clarify decisions, and facilitate steering committeesPlan resources, costs, schedules, capacity, and critical dependenciesCoordinate iterative deliveries and manage risks, issues, and dependenciesProduce data-driven reports using ADO, LeanKit/Planview AgilePlace, and Power BIRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant fieldMore than eight years of project management experienceExperience with scaled agile or hybrid environments and multi-team coordinationProficiency with planning, tracking, and performance visualization toolsExcellent spoken and written French proficiencyBring strategic project leadership, artificial intelligence curiosity, governance expertise, and data-driven delivery management to iA Financial Group.
