Evening - LPN/RN/PAB
Diabetes & Medical Management: Perform blood sugar checks, manage a Dexcom CGM, administer insulin injections, and accurately count carbohydrates. Monitor blood pressure and safely manage low blood pressure episodes. Provide routine wound dressing care. Mobility & Personal Care: Assist with dressing/undressing, daily skin care, sponge baths, and feeding. Safely manage transfers and positioning using a Hoyer lift, bed positioning, and wheelchair repositioning. Specialized Care (Preferred): Experience managing colostomy bags and suprapubic catheters.Domestic Support: Assist with meal preparation, cooking, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean environment. Communication: Maintain clear daily communication and regular health updates with the family/care team. Job Type: Permanent upon completion of training Benefits: • On-site free parking Schedule: 3PM-11PM from Monday to Sunday. Experience: • Preferably has nursing experience/LPN/RN, but PAB (w/Bill90)a super attitude could be a possible candidate Shift: 11 PM-7 AM for Monday to Sunday. (Full-Time, Live-Out) For day, evening (on weekend)
