Morson Group in Vancouver is seeking a Director of Finance & Capital Strategy to partner with the CEO on growth, capital planning, and financial operations for a scaling industrial construction business.You will lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, investor relations, and lender engagements, building scalable finance processes to support rapid manufacturing expansion. CPA required;
10+ years in senior finance roles preferred.
