ERM & Operational Risk Manager – 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Lead Operational Risk programs, including TPRM, BCM, Disaster Recovery, Incident, Change, Data, and Climate Risk management.
• Conduct RCSAs to identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
• Support audits, control testing, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
• Strengthen the ERM framework through risk governance, assessments, and oversight.
• Prepare risk reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership and committees.

About You

• 5–7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or second-line defense roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, TPRM, regulatory requirements, and risk governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio; Power BI is an asset.

Salary
$115,000 / Year
