Description du poste
Résumé des fonctions Le titulaire de ce poste génère de nouvelles occasions d'affaires en gérant les relations d'affaires entre UPS et les comptes d'entreprise désignés. Il exécute les plans d'activités en atteignant et en dépassant les objectifs de vente et de chiffre d'affaires. Il pilote les activités de service et de vente dans l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits et de services d'UPS, y compris le fret, les colis, le transit et la distribution. Il stimule la croissance des activités globales en développant des solutions, en communiquant avec les clients, en développant des contrats, en créant de la valeur et en négociant. Il acquiert des connaissances sur les concurrents des clients afin de les consulter sur les solutions UPS susceptibles de soutenir leur compétitivité sur le marché. Responsabilités : Maintenir la conformité et le processus de renouvellement des contrats pour s'assurer que les éléments des contrats sont respectés et négociés par UPS et le client. Tenir à jour et surveiller les renseignements sur les clients et les données sur le rendement des comptes pour le fret, les colis, le transit et la distribution pour faire le suivi de la performance des ventes par rapport aux objectifs de vente. Utiliser les outils de production de rapports d'analyse et d'informations commerciales pour évaluer l'analyse des performances des comptes. Surveiller et suivre les concurrents pour obtenir des renseignements sur la concurrence à utiliser pour attirer des clients éventuels et potentiels.
