Lead Generative AI and Machine Learning engineering from a hybrid Downtown Toronto office, building production-ready backend systems and intelligent automation.This Senior AI Developer position focuses on enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. You will use modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, Python, and backend service design. Deep AI/ML expertise is the primary priority, while AWS experience supports scalable deployment.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement production-ready Generative AI and ML capabilitiesBuild AI-driven backend pipelines and automated operational workflowsArchitect secure, performant APIs, microservices, and event-driven systemsImplement CI/CD, monitoring, drift tracking, and model deployment automationPartner with architects, data engineers, and security teamsRequirements:
Five-plus years building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying modelsProficiency with LLM orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and promptsStrong Python expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or asynchronous frameworksExperience automating backend tasks, data pipelines, and workflowsWork two days weekly in Downtown Toronto;
