Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and goals
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus- Understanding of financial aspects of running a restaurant

Pay: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
