Vos compétences en Dynamics 365 seront essentielles pour propulser nos équipes de vente. NMG, une entreprise québécoise en croissance, recherche un Analyste CRM pour optimiser la performance commerciale. Ce rôle inclut la conception des processus dans Dynamics 365 Sales, la formation des équipes et la gouvernance des données. Si vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), ce poste est fait pour vous. Key Responsibilities:
- Concevoir des processus dans Dynamics 365 Sales
- Former les équipes de vente et marketing
- Piloter la gouvernance des données commerciales
- Définir les indicateurs de performance clés
- Collaborer avec TI pour l'évolution de l'outil
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en CRM ou coordination commerciale
- Expertise en Dynamics 365 Sales et Microsoft 365
- Bilinguisme français-anglais requis
- Sens de l'organisation et analytique
- Expérience dans l'implémentation CRM recommandée
