Property Manager

Gestion Zagora is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate management company with over 5 years of experience. We currently own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger team to support our growth.

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Moncton, New-Brunswick . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s continued development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration and contribute to process improvements.
• Oversee rent collection and address arrears.
• Handle monthly administrative tasks: lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and assignments.
• Supervise an administrative assistant and concierges.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and tenant service requests.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage rental inventory, listings, and conduct unit showings.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and operational.
• Contribute actively to the company’s growth and success.
