URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Fort Mc Murray Family Seeking Caring Nanny $18.00/Hour For 7/7 Rotation For 9 Year Old Son

We are a family located in downtown Fort McMurray. We both work in the oilfield - dad works full-time on site (as well as running a small business) mom works an unpredictable schedule out of town, far south. We are open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, depending on what works best - we would typically need care from 4:30 am to 7:30 pm on a 7/7 schedule, with occasional need for shorter-day coverage outside of that. Our son wakes up usually at around 5:45-6 am. The position is part-time, and we are offering a starting wage of $18 per hour but can be negotiable. We are looking for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and preferably has experience with autistic children. Our sweet and lovable son has special needs, but is still quite capable and independent. However, his speech is limited and we require a nanny with patience and understanding. He loves to play video games and play outside, especially the playground. Light house cleaning is an asset.
