In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide cybersecurity efforts across the organization, overseeing a modern Microsoft cloud environment and security stack. Your responsibilities will include managing policy frameworks, incident response, and compliance with PCI DSS, PIPEDA, and GDPR standards. Collaborate with IT, legal, and product teams to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.

Key Responsibilities: • Own the enterprise security roadmap and prioritize security investments • Manage the full security stack including Sentinel and Defender • Lead vendor relationships and oversee consolidation efforts • Ensure compliance with audit processes for PCI DSS and GDPR • Develop and maintain effective incident response plans

Requirements: • 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with senior management roles • Expertise in the Microsoft security ecosystem • Experience with AI in security automation • Strong compliance framework experience such as PCI DSS • Proven track record in vendor management and incident response
