AI Engineer for Agentic Workflows

Elevate AI applications at Bell as an AI Engineer (CP2) focused on developing autonomous systems. Collaborate with experts to design and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven workflows. Join Bell's Applied AI & Data Science team to bridge AI research with operational systems. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside data scientists and engineers to create solutions that revolutionize customer experiences. Your main focus will be building scalable data pipelines and integrating sophisticated tool-calling systems. Key Responsibilities:

Develop stateful, multi-step agentic workflows
Implement robust API integrations and security protocols
Build scalable data retrieval pipelines for model accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production solutions
Monitor AI model performance with observability metrics

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related field
2 to 4 years in software engineering or data science
Experience with LLMs and agentic systems
Proficiency in Python and API design
Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases
