Product Owner Crm Transformation Numérique

Orientez la transformation numérique comme responsable de produit CRM hybride à Montréal ou Lévis, en priorisant les besoins selon leur valeur.Ce poste vous confie l’évolution d’un produit CRM déployé dans de nouveaux secteurs d’affaires. Vous traduirez les besoins en exigences claires, soutiendrez les arbitrages et assurerez l’alignement entre partenaires d’affaires et équipes de réalisation. Vous contribuerez aussi à l’amélioration continue grâce à la rétroaction des utilisateurs.Responsabilités clés:
Traduire les enjeux d’affaires en besoins de produit réalisablesFaire évoluer le carnet selon la valeur recherchéePréciser les exigences avec les analystes fonctionnelsAssurer l’avancement avec la cheffe de projetRecueillir la rétroaction et améliorer les capacités CRMExigences:
Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriéeSix ans d’expérience minimale dans des rôles pertinentsLivraison d’initiatives de l’identification à la mise en œuvreConnaissance du déploiement de solutions CRMConnaissance des environnements de transformation numériqueTransformez les besoins d’affaires en solutions CRM cohérentes grâce à votre expérience de produit et de livraison technologique.
