Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly report to the Senior Manager on project progress
- Develop plans to reach group targets and expand services
- Assist Project Managers with maintaining budgets and schedules
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the engineering team effectively
- Identify and formulate strategies for new project opportunities
- P.Eng. registration in Ontario is required
- Minimum 10 years of engineering consulting expertise
- Proven skills in project management and design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
