Lead the Product Management team at Pleora, specializing in industrial automation, security & defense, and medical imaging. This key position emphasizes strategy, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will guide the Product Management organization, establishing crucial operating rhythms and priorities. You will oversee Product Managers, focusing on customer discovery, product validation, and business strategy development. Your role is vital for driving the culture of accountability for product performance and enhancing customer adoption across Pleora's innovative portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Product Management organization
Directly manage and coach Product Managers
Establish accountability for product performance and outcomes
Drive focus on customer needs and market opportunities
Oversee portfolio strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management

Requirements:

8+ years in Product Management or technology leadership
3+ years of people leadership experience
Proven track record in product strategy and commercialization
Experience with B2B technology products
Strong understanding of customer discovery and market validation
