Provide leadership to trademark prosecution support teams
Mentor and develop a national team of legal professionals
Establish best practices for trademark prosecution services
Collaborate with Intellectual Property professionals for client support
Focus on workforce planning and performance management

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in a related field
At least 12 years in Intellectual Property support
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of trademark prosecution
Detail-oriented with excellent management skills
