ProxyLink is currently hiring on behalf of our client in Oakville, Ontario for a temporary 1–2 month contract assignment , with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will support office relocation, organization, and general facilities-related tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Move office furniture, filing cabinets, and equipment during office relocations
- Assist with office setup, organization, and workspace preparation
- Perform light assembly and disassembly of office furniture
- Pack, unpack, organize, and file materials as required
- Support housekeeping and general cleaning duties when needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Good physical fitness and stamina for a physically demanding role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Professional attitude with sound judgment and discretion
- Willingness to take direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and positive work ethic
- Previous experience in moving, warehouse, facilities, office setup, or general labor is considered an asset
