Home Inspector (Gananoque)

Role Description

As part of a broader team of inspectors, you will work independently in the field and maintain close communication with the office. Report writing will be completed remotely. Training and orientation, including service level expectations and ongoing consultation, will be provided. Position Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates with experience and training in residential property inspections. This position may be part-time or full-time depending on experience, availability, preferences and company needs. Responsibilities

Conduct residential home inspections according to industry standards Prepare digital reports Present findings to clients Provide and maintain appropriate vehicle and insurance Provide tools and attire Compensation

Rate of pay is structured on a per inspection basis and paid weekly. Pay: $350.00–$700.00 per day Work Location: In person Qualifications

Current, valid home inspector certification with InterNACHI (CPI or CMI) or Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (RHI) Candidates with construction or trade backgrounds willing to obtain home inspector certification may be considered.
