Apprentice Automotive Service Technician

FFUN Chevrolet Yorkton is looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Service Technician who is ready to build their skills and grow their career. Whether you're a registered apprentice or have hands-on automotive experience and are ready to pursue your trade certification, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:*Perform repairs under the guidance of Journeyperson Technicians
*Complete oil changes, tire services, inspections and routine maintenance
*Assist with diagnosing mechanical, electrical and vehicle performance concerns
*Complete work accurately and according to manufacturer standards
*Follow all workplace safety requirements and use required PPE
*Participate in training and apprenticeship development
*Work with Service and Parts to provide a great customer experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
*Registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice OR relevant automotive experience with a desire to pursue the trade
*Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
*Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
*Valid Class 5 driver's licence and acceptable driving record
*Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as an essential requirement of the position
*Willingness to complete a satisfactory criminal record check WHY FFUN:
