Licensed Practical Nurse

Triple Tee Medical Clinic is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse.  

Reporting to the Clinic Manager/Supervising Physician, the LPN will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate and client-centred nursing care to clients in accordance with their individual needs, established care plans, organizational policies and procedures, and the professional standards and requirements applicable to LPN practice in Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
Complete nursing assessments within the LPN scope of practice.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health condition.
Recognize changes or deterioration in a client's condition and report/escalate appropriately.
Participate in developing and evaluating individualized care plans.
Provide safe, competent, compassionate, and client-centered nursing care.

Qualifications:
Completion of an approved Practical Nursing Diploma program
Current registration and good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS) with the ability to practice within the LPNs legislated and professional scope of practice.
Experience in community health, case management, or a Primary Health Care setting is considered an asset.
