Corporate Controller

Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to join our leadership team in Gainesville, GA. This is a key role in a rapidly growing organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance, including:

• Monthly close and consolidated financial reporting
• Cash management and treasury functions
• Oversight and development of accounting staff
• Annual audit coordination
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Compliance and internal controls

The ideal candidate will have experience managing finance for multiple divisions/entities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility

Candidate must be willing and able to work on-site in Gainesville, GA.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in the waste industry
• Experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, transportation/logistics, or route-based services) is highly desirable
• Private equity experience is highly desirable
• BS in Accounting required; CPA or CMA required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems
