Launch your legal career as a Junior Labor Attorney with Jobot Consulting, enjoying complete remote work flexibility! Earn between $40 and $45 per hour while making a difference in labor law. As a remote Associate Attorney for Jobot Consulting, you will require a California Bar license and residency. This entry-level role is set for a contract period of three months before converting to a full-time position. Your main responsibility will be working on pre-litigation tasks and negotiating effectively with opposing counsel. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in negotiations with opposing legal teams
- Assess pre-litigation scenarios and facilitate discussions
- Support negotiation efforts within the team
- Work cohesively with legal colleagues
- Operate in a fully remote capacity
- Must have a valid California Bar license
- Candidate should reside in California
- Initial contract role with potential for permanence
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to function independently in remote settings
