Dans le cadre de son service de recrutement spécialisé, NOVIPRO accompagne une organisation d’envergure œuvrant dans le secteur bancaire dans la recherche d’un Développeur BI / Analyste Power BI expérimenté.
Modalités et éléments primordiaux
Durée du mandat : 15 mois
Horaire : 40 heures par semaine
Mode de travail : Télétravail majoritaire, avec présence requise 1 journée par mois à Montréal

Responsabilités
Élaborer, modifier et maintenir des rapports dynamiques dans Power BI à partir de modèles de données existants
Concevoir des mesures complexes à l’aide du langage DAX
Procéder à l’optimisation et à l’évolution de rapports existants en fonction des nouvelles exigences d’affaires
Participer à la collecte et à l’analyse des besoins en visualisation, modélisation et tableaux de bord
Utiliser Power Query pour la préparation et la transformation des données en tables exploitables
Exploiter Power Pivot pour la modélisation et l’enrichissement des jeux de données
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes dans un environnement structuré et à large déploiement
Expertise recherchée
Minimum de 6 années d’expérience en intelligence d’affaires avec une spécialisation en visualisation Power BI
Maîtrise du développement de rapports Power BI à partir de modèles multidimensionnels
Expérience concrète en rédaction de mesures DAX et en modélisation de données avancée
Connaissance approfondie de l’environnement Power BI Service (portail)
Expérience confirmée en mise à jour et maintenance de rapports analytiques
Habitude de travailler dans des environnements complexes et d’envergure (ex. : grandes institutions financières ou gouvernementales)
Atouts appréciés
Familiarité avec l’écosystème Azure, notamment :
Azure Data Lake Storage
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Databricks
Azure HDInsight
SQL Data Warehouse
Expérience de travail selon les méthodologies Agile
Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet tels que Jira et Confluence
Avoir évolué dans un contexte DevOps pour le déploiement de solutions BI
