Senior HR Director Manufacturing Operations

Lead people strategy as a Senior Human Resources Director in Toronto's manufacturing sector. Drive workforce initiatives and HR excellence across multiple facilities and distribution networks. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership on workforce strategy development
Lead HR efforts across multiple manufacturing plants
Manage labor relations, grievances, and negotiations
Drive talent acquisition and succession planning
Utilize people analytics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

10+ years HR experience in manufacturing environments
Strong background in labor relations and union management
Experience supporting multiple operational sites
Proven influence with executive leadership
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
