Responsibilities:Schedule maintenance activities PM's order materials, supplies, spare parts.Maintain inventory, prioritize tasks for maintenance staffAssist in decision making and assist the Maintenance Manager in daily activitiesDirect floor calls and act as back up for Maintenance Manager during absencesAssist to ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followedAssist to ensure team members receive training to correctly and safely operate equipment and machinesEnsure work areas are clean, neat and orderlyDirecting and assisting team members to achieve work goals and objectives Assist in team building, motivation and conflict resolutionAssist with implementation of new principles and practicesAssist with departmental meetingsAll other relevant duties Key Requirements:Grade 12 Diploma and Recognized Trade License (Millwright or Electrician) Marwood is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive company culture.
