Production Support Administrator

Job Responsibility: Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd. (Bilton) is looking for a reliable, goal-driven, and positive Production Support Administrator to join our team!

Location: Innisfail, Alberta Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job creation in M2M
- Assist in maintaining production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands.
- Assist in ensuring jobs are routed to the appropriate work centers.
- Attend Kick Off meetings/IFC/production meetings to ensure detailed notes are taken.
- Print drawings and create/maintain job folders.
- Provide support to receiving and design from the beginning to end (job closing) of our projects.
- Assist with pre-job staging, as required.
- Assist in identifying production issues before it impacts customer deliveries.
- Assist Production Scheduler and Management with all other tasks as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience, preferably in custom manufacturing
- Knowledge of production processes in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems, inventory, and scheduling
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products
