Prairie Smoke BBQ
We’re hiring back-end / kitchen help and front-end Customer Service Help for our booth at Esquimalt Ribfest!
Dates: Sept 11 to 13
DUTIES: Back end (kitchen)
- Meat trimming, seasoning, cooking, and slicing
- Preparation of side dishes
- Cleaning of kitchen area, smokers, etc.
DUTIES: Front End
- Greeting Customers, assembly of orders, handing out samples
- Cleaning of tables, work areas, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- >1 year of kitchen or customer service experience
COMPENSATION
o $24/hr including tips
o Free food on days we’re operating
