Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager

Lead global logistics deployments in Toronto with SAP S/4HANA, supply chain expertise, and cross-functional program leadership at Johnson & Johnson.

As Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager, you will guide logistics readiness, deployment planning, business engagement, and execution. The role spans regions, sites, and functional areas, covering processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management. You will support standardized solutions while maintaining business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Transcend releases and global site implementation activities
• Drive readiness assessments, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate simulation testing, UAT, training, and cutover
• Facilitate fit-gap discussions and deployment decisions
• Present readiness updates and stabilization activities to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
• Minimum six years' supply chain, logistics, ERP, or program experience
• Enterprise systems implementation experience, including SAP S/4HANA
• Cross-functional project leadership in complex global environments
• Logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL expertise
