About Us: We are a thriving, multidisciplinary holistic health clinic dedicated to a mindfulness-based, Eastern approach to wellness and patient care. Our collaborative team currently features Osteopaths, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Psychotherapists, and Hypnotists working together under one roof to support our community's health journeys. We believe in root-cause healing, comprehensive care, and treating the whole person.

We are seeking a passionate, licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our growing team on a part-time independent contractor basis. Initially, the schedule will cover Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays , with excellent potential to expand hours and days in the future as your practice grows with us.

This is an incredible opportunity for a practitioner who aligns with an integrative, patient-centered model and wants to collaborate cross-disciplinarily with other dedicated health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial manual assessments and comprehensive patient intakes.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized osteopathic treatment utilizing structural, cranial, visceral, and fascial techniques.
• Develop comprehensive, patient-centered care and lifestyle plans.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient electronic medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with our existing team of naturopaths, RMTs, psychotherapists, and hypnotists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved, recognized manual osteopathy training program (DOMP or equivalent).
• Must be fully licensed and in good standing with a recognized Ontario/Canadian association
• Must hold valid, active professional liability insurance.
• Strong alignment with a mindfulness-based, holistic, and collaborative healthcare model.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Compensation & Terms:

• Structure: Competitive 70/30 split (70% practitioner / 30% clinic).
• Schedule: Part-time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), with options for expansion.
• Environment: Fully supported practice environment with administrative backing, patient referrals from the existing multidisciplinary team, and a warm, community-focused clinic culture.
