Securities Finance Operations Director

Drive securities finance operations at iA by managing trade lifecycles, collateral optimisation, and transaction controls within the Front Office. Support lending and borrowing activities across equities and fixed income.As Associate Director, you will support securities lending, borrowing, and matched-book transactions from execution through final return. The work involves trade capture, matching, settlement monitoring, collateral allocation, and exception resolution. You will coordinate with traders, counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders across the lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Support securities lending, borrowing, and matched-book transaction lifecyclesMonitor trade capture, matching, settlement, and processing statusCoordinate recalls, returns, re-rates, comparisons, and matchingInvestigate exceptions with counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholdersManage collateral allocation, utilisation, and funding efficiency activitiesRequirements:
Understanding of securities finance transaction lifecyclesExperience with counterparties, custodians, and agent lendersKnowledge of collateral management and optimisation conceptsStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in securities finance or related financial servicesApply capital markets expertise to securities finance operations, collateral optimisation, and controlled transaction management at iA.
