- Hôtel, motel, centre de villégiature
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des politiques et des procédures relatives aux opérations journalières
- Recruter et embaucher du personnel
- Superviser le personnel
- Discuter avec les fournisseurs des dispositions relatives à la fourniture de produits
- Préparer des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
- Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'entreprise
- Établir les horaires de travail
- Gérer des événements
- Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
