Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and managers
- Redirect requests to proper departments efficiently
- Perform analyses to support payroll accuracy
- Explain tax slips complying with regulations
- Complete necessary government documentation accurately
- One year experience in a high-volume call center
- Near completion of CPA training preferred
- Knowledge of SAP, ADP, or similar systems
- Bilingual in English and French
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
