Position Overview
As a Benefits Representative, you will assist clients and members by helping them better understand the benefit programs available to them. You will answer questions, provide guidance, and review coverage options in a clear and supportive way.
Your goal will be to create a smooth, helpful experience while ensuring each person receives accurate information and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and members about available benefit programs
- Answer coverage-related questions in a clear and professional manner
- Stay informed on current products, services, and policy updates
- Review benefit options to help identify cost-effective solutions
- Provide consistent follow-up and dependable customer support
- Build strong relationships through trust, communication, and service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field is an asset
- Strong ability to connect with people and build rapport
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude with a professional approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
