Assistant Project Manager at Leading REIT

Elevate your project management career as an Assistant Project Manager with a leading Toronto-based REIT. This role supports the execution of high-quality construction projects across large-scale properties. As a core member of a Toronto-based real estate investment trust, the Assistant Project Manager will contribute significantly to construction project management. This role includes coordinating with teams to maintain schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance, and preparing comprehensive project documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing project timelines and budgets
Coordinate efforts with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor and report on project schedules and financials
Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout projects
Prepare regular project documentation for management

Requirements:

Background in construction, property, or related fields
Superior organizational and project management skills
