Vous serez responsable de répondre aux besoins des clients en offrant des solutions financières adaptées tout en collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe de l'Ontario et d'autres régions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identifier et développer des opportunités d'affaires sur le marché
- Proposer des stratégies financières ajustées aux besoins des clients
- Négocier les termes des accords tout en respectant les normes de gestion des risques
- Élaborer des plans de vente en lien avec les objectifs annuels
- Maintenir et développer un portefeuille existant de clients
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise requis
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en financement immobilier
- Expertise en développement des affaires et négociation
- Connaissance des services bancaires pour le secteur immobilier
- Compétences interpersonnelles solides et preuve d'expérience en souscription
