Hybrid Associate Lawyer at Naksar Law

Become an integral part of Naksar Law as a full-time Associate Lawyer based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role supports Family Law and Civil Law with a blend of in-office tasks and remote work.

In this Associate Lawyer position, you will manage legal files covering Family Law and Civil Law, conducting client meetings and legal research. You will engage in drafting various legal documents and appear before courts. Collaboration with colleagues on complex cases and contributing to client development are key aspects of this hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage Family Law and Civil Law cases effectively • Conduct legal research and prepare essential documents • Appear before courts and mediation sessions • Negotiate settlements and advise clients clearly • Maintain organized and thorough client files

Requirements: • Licensed in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario • 1-5 years of post-call experience in relevant areas • Proficient in drafting clear legal pleadings and agreements • Experience in court appearances and negotiations • Strong time management and organizational skills
