Gestionnaire de territoire - Restauration
Relevant du Directeur des ventes, le Gestionnaire de territoire restauration sera responsable de la croissance du volume des ventes, du développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de la satisfaction des besoins des clients.
Responsabilités
- Développer des stratégies et tactiques de vente basées sur les conseils, les retours clients et l'environnement du marché
- Identifier et saisir de manière proactive des opportunités de croissance commerciale, de valeur ajoutée et de maintien de nos marques
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et générer une croissance des ventes sur le territoire
- Gérer quotidiennement les budgets désignés pour le développement d'affaires
- Maintenir une excellente compréhension de nos produits, de la concurrence, et des besoins de nos clients
- Gérer les itinéraires et les visites de comptes pour accomplir les tâches quotidiennes
- Estimer les volumes prévisionnels des achats à l'aide des outils informatiques
- Participer à des visites de fournisseurs, à des événements commerciaux, et à des événements pour les consommateurs, qui peuvent tous se dérouler en dehors des heures normales de bureau
Formation et expériences
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou équivalent
- Deux (2) années d'expérience dans un rôle de vente
- Certification WSET (un atout)
- Expérience dans l'industrie du vin (atout majeur)
- Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel et PowerPoint)
- Connaissance des outils CRM
- Compétences interpersonnelles hautement développées et leadership
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Capacité d'analyser et d'interpréter des données
- Solides compétences en planification et en organisation
- Capacité éprouvée à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter des délais serrés
- Capacité d'assister à des événements en soirée et le weekend
- Posséder une voiture et un permis de conduire valide
