Role Overview 

As a Senior Technica l Program Manager (TPM) , you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple engineering and product teams. 

You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution against key priorities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality delivery. 

This is an individual contributor role focused on strong execution, structured problem solving, and clear communication. You will operate with a high degree of ownership within defined program areas, while collaborating with Staff TPMs and leadership on broader initiatives. 

Location Requirement: This position is onsite, 5 days per week in our Vancouver, BC office .

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery  

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams. 
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans. 
• Track progress against goals and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. 
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain program momentum. 

Cross-Functional Coordination  

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Data, and Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans. 
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure clear ownership. 
• Drive alignment through regular communication and structured program reviews. 

Risk & Issue Management  

• Identify risks, issues, and trade-offs early in the program lifecycle. 
• Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution. 
• Escalate effectively when needed with clear context and options. 

Program Visibility & Reporting  

• Provide clear, consistent updates on program status, risks, and milestones. 
• Maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track program health. 
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership. 

Process & Execution Improvement  

• Contribute to improving program management practices and team execution. 
• Support adoption of standard tools, processes, and operating rhythms. 
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce execution friction.

Within 12 months: 

• Consistent delivery of complex programs on time and within scope. 
• Clear visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies. 
• Strong cross-team alignment and reduced execution friction. 
• Effective risk management and minimal surprises in delivery. 
• Positive feedback from engineering and product stakeholders. 

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field required. 
• 6–10+ years of experience leading technical programs in a software or SaaS environment. 
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams. 
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes. 
• Solid technical foundation with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution. 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is a plus. 
• Experience working in SaaS platforms or multi-product environments. 
• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, platform integrations, or large-scale migrations. 
• Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies. 
• Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

Remuneration

CAD $120,000 – CAD $139,156 annually
