Hotel Renovation and Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Renovation and Operations Manager to oversee multiple properties in London Ontario and ensure the seamless execution of renovations and day-to-day operations. He will work closely with the executive team, property managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage hotel renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize hotel operations to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices in hospitality management across all properties.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and financial metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train hotel staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during renovation and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel renovation and operations management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully completing renovation projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
