UI Developer - Angular (Montreal)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Developer or Senior Developer to join our team and work closely with other members and functional groups within Sales & Service Solutions.

The role requires technical expertise in software development using microservices, UI web component development with Angular, interacting with REST APIs and asynchronous events, handling production issues, and managing complex requirements for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product features to help the team deliver services on the cloud-native stack on a continuous basis.
• Design, code, test, and assure quality of complex product features within the Customer Experience & Sales Cloud portfolio.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Operate as a self‑starter with minimal handholding.
• Align with colleagues in different time zones and development areas.
• Work on site at our Montreal office 2–3 times a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to building products on the cloud-native stack.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Angular framework.
• Understanding of REST APIs and their consumption in UIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience developing, debugging, and deploying software on enterprise scale.
• Experience writing production-quality code.
• Experience in Java and Spring Boot is an asset.
• Good team player and communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA for tracking tasks and bugs.

Compensation & Benefits

The targeted combined range for this position is 77,500–166,200CAD. The actual offer will depend on the key aspects of each case including education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
