Seeking HR Business Partner in Ontario

Humani HR

Humani HR is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Ontario to offer exceptional client service and strategic HR solutions in a flexible working model. As an HR Business Partner at Humani, you will work with multiple clients, applying your thorough understanding of HR legislation and client needs. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage relationships and deliver performance-enhancing HR solutions. Your commitment to continual learning and problem-solving will shine in this hybrid role. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as HR partner across various jurisdictions
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
Develop compensation strategies and HR policies
Oversee client performance management processes
Attend client meetings to align on HR strategy

Requirements:

5+ years of HR business partner experience
Strong grasp of provincial employment laws
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Self-directed and detail-oriented
Experience in project management principles
