Scotiabank Delivery Lead - Agile Transformation

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to promote team autonomy
- Support the design and rollout of delivery strategies
- Extensive experience in Agile settings
- Strong background in Agile frameworks
- Proven record of leading organizational transformations
- Excellent facilitation and mentoring skills
