Executive Secretary Part Time

Job Responsibility:
- Managing diaries and making appointments
- Book Keeping experience using Quickbooks
- Keeping records for all invoices and documents in separate files for all customers and data entry in excel sheets.
- Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
- Taking minutes
- Arranging packages received in the office for re-shipping (export)
- Dealing with post
- Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
- Maintaining filing systems
- Handling document legalization from the chamber of commerce, mailing and following up with embassies if required.
- Photocopying and printing
- Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Will be working from home 2 days a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
