thrive. Levante Living is a rapidly growing retirement living portfolio (24 properties under
management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living
suites. We believe in living our values to build a culture rooted in respect and teamwork, and we
remain focused on excellence in team member experience, resident satisfaction, and financial
performance. Qualifications
• Experience in retirement living is an asset.
• Current license with the Ontario College of Nurses in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience with medication administration.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and nursing diagnoses.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations/practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing a budget.
• Healthcare/hospitality experience and empathy for seniors (asset)
