Senior Aerospace Stress Integration Engineer

Apply aircraft stress analysis and integration expertise at Bombardier, with flexible and hybrid work policies when applicable. Support Challenger and Global aircraft activities.This senior engineering position supports structural interfaces, supplier guidance, and engineering integration within Bombardier Aerospace Canada. You will contribute to sizing methodologies, damage tolerance analysis, certification activities, and in-service support. The role requires collaboration with Structural Suppliers and clear communication with management about activity status and emerging issues.Key Responsibilities:
Perform engineering sizing for major structural supplier interfacesSupport in-service AOGs and REOs activitiesReview structural substantiation reports from Structural SuppliersHarmonize sizing methodologies across Structures work packagesCoordinate applicable certification activities for supported work packagesRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineeringMinimum ten years of relevant aerospace industry experienceExperience in an integration role or functionAircraft stress analysis and Damage Tolerance Analysis experienceExperience using Patran and NastranBring senior aerospace engineering, stress analysis, and integration expertise to Bombardier’s structural work packages and aircraft programs.
