Technical Lead for AI Platform at Citi

Shape the future of AI engineering with Citi as a Technical Lead for its Services AI Platform. You'll architect, code, and guide the robust design of scalable agentic workflows. In this hands-on leadership role, you will leverage over ten years of software engineering experience to build a multi-tenant AI ecosystem. Your expertise in AI and machine learning, particularly in generative AI and large language models, will drive impactful business automation solutions throughout Citi's global operations. Collaborate closely with domain experts and UI/API teams to deliver intelligent systems that automate complex workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement full-stack AI components with Python and Angular
- Optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents using orchestration patterns
- Develop Model Context Protocol servers to manage communication layers
- Create advanced retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Integrate vector and graph databases for enhanced data retrieval
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in AI and machine learning
- Proven leadership in delivering complex software platforms
- Deep knowledge of AWS for AI workloads
- Portfolio of successfully deployed AI solutions
