Your expertise in managing employee relations and complexities within project environments will support teams as they navigate growth and performance. This position is ideally suited for driven HR professionals looking to impact a large-scale infrastructure program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR advisor for construction project teams
  • Support workforce capacity planning and succession strategies
  • Coach and mentor management on best HR practices
  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure HR compliance and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • HR or Business Administration degree required
  • 5–10+ years HR experience in relevant sectors
  • Experience in joint venture or multi-stakeholder settings
  • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
  • Proficiency with HR systems, especially BambooHR
